Assembly and Testing
Ashot produces, assembles, and tests an impressive range of systems. All products are manufactured from A to Z at Ashot’s production facilities, and then assembled and tested. Ashot's assembly departments are highly specialized. Trained technicians conduct close tolerance assembly using manual and semi-automatic equipment, power tools, precision instruments and test equipment, load test facilities and a superior infrastructure.
Diverse work flows through this departments, requiring expertise in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics applications.
Ashot's engineering group designs, builds, and installs advanced technology solutions for testing the assembled systems according to customer specifications.
Ashot is recognized as a ship-to-stock supplier, and supplies turnkey products directly to its customers’ assembly lines.
The testing facilities include designated test benches and test rigs, which were designed and built for specific products. Ashot’s current capabilities include testing of gearboxes, transmissions, universal joints, stabilizers, switchboxes, PTOs, final drives, clutch independence drives, and more.
