Capabilities

Ashot is a vertically integrated company with full in-house capabilities to supply turn-key products. Ashot has complete machining capabilities, gear cutting of all types and technologies, grinding, deep-hole drilling and boring, balancing, heat treatment, surface treatment, coating and painting, Non Destructive Test (NDT) capabilities, laboratories (chemical, mechanical and metallurgical), assembling departments, testing facilities and calibrating capabilities. The company employs more than 25 engineers who are responsible for the manufacturing, R&D and concurrent engineering.

These competencies allow Ashot to have full control of quality processes and costs, as well as over the product delivery schedules.

The company is ISO9001:2008 and AS9100: C certified, and has NADCAP approval for the special processes.
